2. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but if you are more than 9 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your service. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a service fee, and future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee.
